Do I need an account?
Not to start. You can run 3 free audits without signing up and see your score and top fixes. Create a free account (no credit card) and those audits are saved to it, with the full report, PDF and share link, plus 3 more audits every month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing in a couple of clicks. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
Who processes the payment?
Payments are handled by Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record. They accept cards and PayPal and handle sales tax and VAT, and your receipts come from them.
Can I switch between Pro and Agency?
Yes. Switch plans from your billing page; the change applies to your existing subscription, so you're never billed twice.
What happens to my audits if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your audit history and reports stay in your account; only the monthly audit limit changes.
